HEROIC benches nicoodoz

Dane Nico "nicoodoz" Tamjidi departed HEROIC's active Counter-Strike 2 roster – the esports athlete has been benched and transfer listed. The Norwegian club announced this via its social media accounts.

According to insider Alexey "OverDrive" Birukov, the vacant position on the team will be filled by Abdul "degster" Gasanov, who has been on OG's bench since June of last year.

At the same time, HEROIC has to reveal a new player in the nearest future: the squad will participate in the upcoming tournament BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024, which kicks off on May 14.

nicoodoz has been representing HEROIC since December of last year. Together with him the team competed at ESL Pro League Season 19, where they secured penultimate place. The roster also entered the top 14 at PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 and placed 7th-8th at IEM Chengdu 2024.
