Spiidi returns to Sprout as performance coach
German organization Sprout has announced via its Twitter account the return of Timo "Spiidi" Richter. He joins the club as a new member of the coaching staff.
Spiidi will work with Sprout's main and youth rosters, taking on the role of performance coach. The organization expects the 28-year-old German to be able to share his experience with young players and contribute to the development of new talent.
Notably, Richter announced his retirement from pro play at the end of 2023. The German competed on the professional scene for ten years, representing such teams as MOUZ, PENTA and ALTERNATE aTTaX.
Moreover, Spiidi spent almost five years as part of Sprout. Together with the team, he won ESL Meisterschaft Winter 2019, as well as placed second at Charleroi Esports and DreamHack Open Atlanta 2019.
