Tricked ceases its operations
Legendary Gaming Group, which revived the Danish esports club Tricked last February, will cease to exist after filing for bankruptcy.
The team will continue to compete with its current roster. Coach Allan "Rejin" Petersen announced this via his X social media account, adding that he and his teammates are searching for a new organization.
Following the news that Tricked Esport is going out of business, the team and I remain fully dedicated to staying together and finding our next home.
The last period has been turbulent and far from easy, but we strongly believe in each other and are confident we have a bright future ahead.
We have a big LAN coming up and are determined to use it as a chance to prove that we belong among the best.
We’re actively looking for a new organization that sees the potential in this roster.
Tricked is currently 50th among the world's top Counter-Strike 2 teams according to Valve.
Notably, Legendary Gaming Group sponsored the organizers of the Parken Challenger Championship series, which also recently filed for bankruptcy.
The team is:
Oliver "IceBerg" Berg
Jason "salazar" Salazar
Jamie "leakz" Bugge West Jensen
Jonas "Boye" Boye Østergaard
Nicky "NickyB" Bruhn
Allan "Rejin" Petersen
