PARIVISION: "We will communicate with Valve and PW about the possibility of reviewing the decision and returning to RMR"

The esports organization PARIVISION has released an official statement regarding the disqualification of its team from the Europe RMR for Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.

The club reported that the roster's coach Ivan "F_1N" Kochugov was not actually in the same room with the players during the match, but joined them after it ended to "share the moment of joy". The team will try to challenge the decision of Valve and Perfect World.

We are surprised and shocked by the news of our team getting disqualified from RMR. Until now, we have not received any official requests. We found out about our disqualification through news on social media, like all the CS2 fans.

The players, the team and the organization have always followed the rules from Valve, tournament operators and adhered to the principles of fair play.

During the matches of the closed qualifier for the Europe RMR, team's coach Ivan "F_1N" Kochugova was not present in the same room with the players. After the match ended, he joined the team to share the moment of joy with the players.

Knowing the rules and the chronology of the events, we posted a video for our fans which supported our players throughout the season.

Each member of the team invested not only time and effort, but also a part of themselves to bring those victories that took us closer to the cherished goal of competing at the Major. You have known each of them for many years and know their history. Now it is especially important for our guys to show once again what they are capable of in game.

We will communicate with Valve and Perfect World about the possibility of reviewing the decision and returning the team to the RMR cycle.

Note that PARIVISION became one of the winners of the closed European qualifier for RMR. Three teams that finished the closed qualifier with a 2-3 score will compete for the vacant slot at the tournament: BLEED, Monte and KOI. The dates of the matches will be announced later.
