VP and Monte secure playoff tickets at Thunderpick World Championship 2023; fnatic and SAW out

The third playday of Thunderpick World Championship 2023 has ended with Virtus.pro and Monte advancing to the playoffs of the tournament, knocking out their opponents from the tournament. While the Bears bested fnatic (13:2 on Overpass, 20:22 on Inferno and 13:10 on Ancient), the Ukrainian team defeated SAW (13:10 on Vertigo and 13:9 on Anubis).

At the same time, Group C openers took place. Team Spirit got the best of Complexity (13:3 on Anubis and 13:10 on Nuke), while MOUZ took over M80 (13:7 on Ancient and 13:11 on Vertigo).

Tomorrow, October 30, four matches will play out in Groups C and D: at 10:00 CET Heroic and Nouns will face off, at 13:00 CET Complexity and M80 will compete for survival at the event, at 16:00 CET FURIA will face BIG, while at 19:00 CET Team Spirit and MOUZ will fight for a playoff spot.
