harumi: zonic to depart Vitality after his current contract expires

Danny "zonic" Sørensen will leave his position as Vitality’s coach at the end of the current season, as insider Vlad "harumi" Radvilovich reported via his Twitter account.

According to harumi, the Danish coach refused to renew his contract with the organization, which is valid until the end of 2023. As a result, Sørensen will depart Vitality after two years at the club.

zonic started to lead the team at the beginning of 2022. Under his leadership, Vitality won ESL Pro League Season 16, IEM Rio 2023, and BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, and also reached the finals of BLAST Premier Spring Final 2022 and BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023.

Notably, until the end of the season, the European team still has four big LAN tournaments, including the ongoing ESL Pro League Season 18.
