KSCERATO had to seek medical attention during FURIA match

Brazilian player Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato was forced to end the FURIA match ahead of schedule and go to the hospital. The incident happened during the Pinnacle Cup V final.

Yesterday, August 27, Cerato spent the night in the hospital due to food poisoning. Later, the doctor allowed the esports athlete to play in the final of the tournament, however, after the first map, KSCERATO felt unwell and had to seek medical attention again.

FURIA was forced to finish the match with coach Nicholas "guerri" Nogueira. At the end of the final, the Brazilian roster lost to 00NATION and placed second, securing $10,000 in prize money.

It is unknown how much time Cerato will need to recover. However, he later apologized to fans via his social media accounts for not helping his team in the tournament final.
