fnatic and Apeks got relegated from Gamers8 2023, as in the Round of 16, Christopher "dexter" Nong's squad lost to Cloud9 (14:16 on Vertigo and 7:16 on Anubis), while the Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski-led roster fell to GamerLegion (20:22 on Mirage and 13:16 on Overpass).

At the tournament, the teams placed 9th-16th, securing $15,000 in prizes each. In turn, Cloud9 and GamerLegion advanced to the quarter-finals, where they will face the winners of the Liquid – ENCE and Heroic – Falcons matchups, respectively.
