Astralis and ENCE through to IEM Dallas 2023 playoffs; FURIA and 9z out

Astralis and ENCE secured two victories in the group stage of IEM Dallas 2023, having advanced to the playoffs of the tournament. The Danes secured a ticket to the decisive stage after defeating Cloud9 (16:8 on Ancient and Mirage), while Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer's squad bested FaZe (16:7 on Anubis and 16:13 on Overpass).

Also, on the night of May 31, two knockout matches played out, with 9z losing to OG (17:19 on Ancient and 12:16 on Mirage) and FURIA falling to MOUZ (10:16 on Inferno and 4:16 on Vertigo). The losing rosters got relegated from the event, placing 9th-12th place and securing $5,000 in prize money.
