ENCE, FaZe, Astralis and Cloud9 off to winning start at IEM Dallas 2023 group stage

ENCE, FaZe, Astralis, and Cloud9 ended the first day of IEM Dallas 2023 Group B with victories. At the start of the event, the teams bested Complexity, Evil Geniuses, Liquid, and Grayhound, respectively.

Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer's squad confidently defeated Complexity (16:7 on Nuke), while in another match FaZe got the best of Evil Geniuses (19:17 on Mirage). Afterwards Astralis managed to best Liquid (19:17 on Overpass), while the Russian roster Cloud9 took over the Australians from Grayhound (16:2 On Ancient).

Group B matches will continue tomorrow, May 30. At 18:00 CET, the quarter-finals of the lower bracket will play out, while at 21:30 CET and 01:00 CET the semi-finals of the upper bracket will take place.
