ESL Challenger Melbourne 2023 groups unveiled

Tournament operator ESL took it to Twitter to announce the ESL Challenger Melbourne 2023 group stage seeding. The LAN tournament will take place in Australia and will feature a $100,000 prize pool.

Eight teams will compete at the tournament in two equal groups. From each quartet, the two best rosters will advance to the playoffs. The ESL Challenger Melbourne 2023 group stage will play out in a Double Elimination (GSL) format. Opening & Winners' matches are BO1, while all remaining matches, including playoffs, will play out in a BO3 format.

A little earlier, the organizers announced a team list change for the tournament, as the Spaniards from Movistar Riders took the spot of TheMongolz.

ESL Challenger Melbourne 2023 will play out from April 28-30 in Melbourne, Australia. Eight rosters will compete for $100,000 in prize money and a spot at ESL Pro League Season 18.
