Team list for BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 unveiled

The Europe, Americas, and Asia RMR have ended, and the team list for BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 has been determined. Qualifiers played out in Copenhagen, Monterrey, and Ulaanbaatar from April 6 to 15.

The rosters fought for the final Major berth in the additional qualifying stage. In the match for the 1st place the Finn "karrigan" Andersen-led roster bested Cloud9 with a scoreline of 2:0 – 19:15 on Mirage and 16:9 on Inferno.

The RMR events saw many unexpected results. In particular, the reigning champions in Virtus.pro, the Danes from Astralis, the quarter-finalists of IEM Rio Major 2022 in Team Spirit, as well as Imperial, MIBR, BIG, and Cloud9 fell short to qualify for the Major.

The last CS:GO Major will play out in three stages: Challengers Stage, Legends Stage, and Champions Stage. The first two stages will be held in a Swiss system, while the playoffs will play out in a Single Elimination bracket format.

The majority of the participants represent the European region – seventeen teams. In turn, five and two teams will represent America and Asia, respectively.
