FACEIT launches Counter-Strike 2 pro league

Counter-Strike 2 league, in which only professional players compete, has appeared on FACEIT, and at the moment it features 228 participants.

The first season will last a little over a week – until April 2. The prize pool of $5,000 will be divided between top 5 players.

Miłosz "⁠mhL⁠" Knasiak, Audric "JACKZ" Jug and Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski are the league leaders after the first playday.

Later today pro players will also play Counter-Strike 2 at the ESL showmatch. The event is scheduled for 15:25 MSK, shortly before the ESL Pro League Season 17 grand final.
