ESL and BLAST return original Virtus.pro tag to their events

The Armenian club Virtus.pro has announced via its official website the return of the original tag for participating in the ESL and BLAST tournaments.

It is reported that BLAST's sanctions were lifted today, March 22, while the ESL restrictions will expire on March 28.

Thus, Virtus.pro will be able to compete at the upcoming RMR event without having to use the Outsiders tag, which the team has been playing under since March 2022.

Six months ago, Armenian businessman Aram Karamanukyan became new Virtus.pro owner. This allowed the club's squads in various disciplines to return to competing under the original tag, while the CS:GO roster continued to play as Outsiders.

Recently, Virtus.pro also entered the online tournament BetBoom Playlist Urbanistic 2023 under the original tag.
