Evil Geniuses unveil Shakezullah as assistant coach

Evil Geniuses have unveiled on their official social media accounts the main team's coaching staff for 2023, which was joined by former professional player Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman. EG's rookie was signed as an assistant coach.

During his player career, Shakezullah represented only North American tier-two teams, the most well-known of which were Bad News Bears, Triumph and Singularity. 25-year-old Hardeman entered inactivity six months ago.

Evil Geniuses' press release notes that along with Shakezullah and head coach Daniel "vorborg" Vorborg, working with the club's senior roster will be two strategic coaches Damien "maLeK" Marcel and Juan "Hepa" Borges.

EG reinforced their coaching staff ahead of the new competitive season, which for them will kick off with BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023. The tournament, where the team will play with temporarily promoted to the main squad EG Black's AWPer Jerric "wiz" Jiang, will take place on January 19-29.
