Dexerto: headtr1ck to make NIP debut at BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023

NIP have completed the transfer of NAVI's Daniil "headtr1ck" Valitov, who will make his debut at BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023, the first big event after the winter off-season, Dexerto has learned.

Earlier, HLTV.org reported, citing its own sources, that NIP are close to acquiring headtr1ck. In the Ninjas' starting five, the Ukrainian AWPer is expected to replace Patrick "es3tag" Hansen, who was moved to the bench in December.

Dexerto's report notes Max "maxster" Jansson and Linus "⁠nilo⁠" Bergman have also been included in the lineup submitted by NIP for BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023. It, however, remains unclear whether the two will be used as the main players or are listed in case of an emergency replacement.

BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 will take place on January 19-23 in Copenhagen and will mark the beginning of the competitive season after the break in the pro scene.
