KENSI joins Aurora

Russian esports athlete Aleksandr "KENSI" Gurkin will continue his career with Aurora. The organization has announced the acquisition of the forZe player via its official Twitter page.

KENSI represented forZe from the beginning of 2021 until October of this year, when he was put on the transfer list. During this time, the Russian squad won several tier-2 online tournaments yet failed to show any significant success at big events, with their best achievement at those being qualification for PGL Major Antwerp 2022.

Notably, Gurkin became the second former forZe player to join Aurora. Earlier, Evgeny "Norwi" Ermolin went down a similar path.

There is no information at the moment about what roster Aurora will have by the start of the next competitive season. Now the team features four players, however, for unspecified reasons Evgeny "delus1onn" Plottsov missed the last matches of the year, where Vladislav "latt1kk" Vydrin and Jenya "Get_Jeka" Smakilo acted as stand-ins.

 Aurora's current lineup is:

 Evgeny "delus1onn" Plottsov
 Viktor "Lack1" Boldyrev
 Aleksandr "KENSI" Gurkin
 Evgeny "Norwi" Ermolin

 Sergey "starix" Ischuk (coach)

 Aleksandr "KaiR0N-" Anashkin (benched)
