Bad News Eagles part ways with coach

Bad News Eagles have announced on their social media the departure of coach Klesti "stikle-" Kola. Differences between the skipper and the players regarding their visions and aspirations for the future of the team are cited as the reason for such a decision.

stikle- added on his Twitter page that his departure was also affected by burnout from excessive workload. In addition to his coaching duties, he occasionally served as manager and editor of the team's social media.

The Albanian specialist is one of the founders of Bad News Eagles, which he created with the players in early 2022 after parting with BLINK. Since then, the team has attended mainly tier-2 tournaments, with its best achievement being the qualification for the last two Majors: 15-16th place at PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and 12-14th place at IEM Rio Major 2022.

There is no information at the moment about who will fill the vacant position of Bad News Eagles' coach. HLTV.org noted that the most likely candidate for the role is the former FunPlus Phoenix coach Jonatan "Devilwalk" Lundberg, who was spotted in the team's server alongside the players.
