Outsiders enter Intel Grand Slam Season 4 race

Outsiders have joined FaZe, Vitality and Cloud9 among the contenders for the Intel Grand Slam Season 4 award. This happened after Dzhami "Jame" Ali squad's triumph at IEM Rio Major 2022.

To complete the fourth Intel Grand Slam and receive $1 million in gold bars, a team needs to win three ESL Pro Tour Masters tournaments and one Championship event (IEM Katowice, IEM Cologne and Majors hosted by ESL) within a span of ten consecutive tournaments.

FaZe are the sole leaders of the current Intel Grand Slam race with three victories under their belt. The European team has four attempts to win one missing trophy, while the competitors, even though having more attempts (6 for Cloud9, 8 for Vitality and 9 for Outsiders) need to become champions of three more events.

The Intel Grand Slam award was established back in 2017. Astralis became the first winners of the title, followed by Liquid and NAVI, who secured the victories in the second and third seasons, respectively.
