Yet another team to make it to the Legends Stage is now known from round 3 of the Challengers Stage at IEM Rio Major 2022. Joining MOUZ, who advanced to the next stage of the tournament earlier, are Bad News Eagles, who beat GamerLegion 2:0 – 16:9 on Ancient and 16:7 on Mirage.

Another game between Imperial and Cloud9 ended with the victory of the Russian-majority squad 2:0 – 19:15 on Overpass and 22:19 on Vertigo. The result sees the Vladislav "nafany" Gorshkov-led side move to the 1-2 pool, whereas the Brazilians finish their run at the prestigious competition.
