G2 replace their CS:GO division's General Manager

G2 have announced on social media that they have replaced the General Manager of their CS:GO division. Jérôme "NiaK" Sudries left the position and was replaced by Petar "peca" Marković.

NiaK parts ways with G2 after six years with the club. In a message to the community, the Frenchman noted that he left the organization on his own initiative due to the team not managing to qualify for IEM Rio Major 2022. He partially took responsibility for the failure and admitted that he could not address the squad's shortcomings.

peca assumed the G2 General Manager role a year after leaving the Chinese FunPlus Phoenix club, where he served in the same position. The Serbian specialist is also known as a former coach and manager of CR4ZY.

The change of G2's manager followed shortly after head coach Rémy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam's departure. The skipper left the team due to disagreements within the roster.
