ZywOo: "I'm never nervous playing s1mple or whatever sniper is against me"

Vitality's Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut took part in the BLAST Push To Talk podcast, where he spoke about his confidence during matches. The Frenchman understands that, due to his individual level of play, he is able to surpass any AWPer in the world, and therefore he is not nervous confronting the leader of NAVI Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and other strong opponents.

I'm never nervous playing s1mple, degster, cadiaN, or whatever sniper is against me. In this game right now, every AWPer is good, everyone can beat everyone. If the team plays good, everyone is gonna play good, so I have no pressure every time I play because I have to do my best, I have to be the best teammate in the world. Obviously, I can destroy anyone, I can kill anyone, but if I'm not good, I have to have confidence in my teammates so I know I can pick, my teammates will cover me, so I'm not stressed about that.

Over the past three years, ZywOo has been one of the strongest representatives of the CS:GO pro scene. HLTV.org named the Frenchman the best player in the world in 2019 and 2020.
