NAVI confirm ownership change; refute involvement with bookmakers

NAVI have confirmed via their official website the information previously appeared in the media about Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa becoming the new owner of the club back in 2018.

According to NAVI's press release, Krippa replaced Oleksandr Kokhanovskyi as the organization's owner in 2018, but the deal was only fully completed in the summer of 2022, which is why Natus Vincere did not report changes in ownership all this time.

It is alleged that the new owner had to fulfill certain obligations over the four years. In particular, it is about investments in opening new rosters, including the CS:GO academy team, and building offices in Kyiv and Berlin.

NAVI also refuted the rumors about Maksym Krippa being associated with the betting company GGbet, which now is the title sponsor of the organization. According to the club's publication, the owner is a venture capital investor with IT, game development and real estate assets.

The Ukrainian club clarified that the partnership deal with GGbet expires at the end of 2023, after which the new title sponsor will be determined through a tender.
