IHC beat Grayhound to clinch IEM Rio Major 2022 spot

In the upper bracket final at the Asia RMR, IHC defeated Grayhound and booked one of two berths to IEM Rio Major 2022. The meeting ended 2:0 – 16:12 on Inferno and 19:16 on Mirage.

A match in the lower bracket also took place, where JiJieHao International came out on top of Rare Atom 2:1 – 16:14 on Ancient, 11:16 on Inferno and 16:10 on Mirage. The winner will continue to fight for the remaining spot at the Major, while the Chinese squad finish their RMR run.

The final game of IEM Road to Rio 2022 Asia RMR will take place tomorrow, October 9, at 06:00 MSK. The lower bracket final will see JiJieHao International going up against Grayhound for a ticket to the Major.
