Grayhound to take on IHC for first ticket to IEM Rio 2022 from Asia
Grayhound and IHC won their opening matches at the Asia RMR event and advanced to the upper bracket final, the winner of which will earn the first of two tickets to IEM Rio 2022. The Australians defeated Rare Atom (16:9 on Imferno, 2:16 on Ancient and 19:17 on Vertigo), while the Mongolian squad got the better of JiJieHao International (16:14 on Ancient and 16:4 on Nuke).
The match for a spot at the Major in Brazil between Grayhound and IHC will take place tomorrow, October 8, and will kick off at 6:30 MSK. The losing team will continue to fight for the remaining ticket to the Major in the lower bracket final, facing the winner of the Rare Atom – JiJieHao International matchup.
