GuardiaN goes inactive until the end of the year due to health issues

Slovak esports athlete Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács has taken a break from competition until the end of 2022. This was reported in the official announcement of Sampi, the team which the eminent AWPer has been representing since May.

According to the information published, Kovács was forced to go inactive due to health issues. What the player is ill with was not disclosed.

As of now, there is no information about who will fill the vacant spot in Sampi. The team's next matches will take place at the ongoing European Pro League Season 2, while on October 13-16, the Slovak squad will take part in the regional LAN event Majstrovstva SR 2022.
