Kinguin announces tournament featuring pashaBiceps, NEO, kennyS, Edward and other pro scene's legends

Kinguin has announced on its official website an online exhibition tournament with a number of iconic CS:GO pro scene's players attending. The event called Kinguin Legends with a prize pool of $50,000 will take place from September 13 to 18.

The tournament will feature six teams captained by Jarosław "pashaBiceps" Jarząbkowski, Filip "NEO" Kubski, Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev, Kenny "kennyS" Schrub, Emil "HeatoN" Christensen and Mikail "Maikelele" Bill. These players, some of whom play at a professional level to this day, will create the squads as they wish. The only condition is that the average age of the team should not exceed 26.

The competition will begin in a Round-robin best-of-one format, after which, in the playoffs, the opponents will fight for the title in best-of-threes. There is also a map veto feature: the advantage in picking maps will be contested by the captains in a 1v1 duel on the kinguin_aim map.

Team lineups are currently unknown. It is expected that the captains will decide on their teammates shortly.
