Biggest ban wave in CS:GO in 2022 continues

In the last week of July, CS:GO sees a continuation of the ban wave that started in the middle of the current month. This is evidenced by the statistics from ConVars, which tracks almost 9 million player accounts.

According to ConVars, over 11,000 tracked accounts were blocked between July 23 and 30. Over 90% of these are game bans, while the number of Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) bans has not changed significantly from the average.

Between July 14 to 17, Valve blocked over 7,000 accounts tracked by ConVars. The company has yet to comment on the ban wave.
