neL: Evil Geniuses to sign misutaaa and neaLaN

Evil Geniuses will sign Vitality's Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier and K23's in-game leader Sanzhar "neaLaN" Ishkakov as part of a revamp in their main team, insider Guillaume "neL" Ratier reports.

According to the source, the Frenchman and Kazakhstani will replace William "⁠RUSH⁠" Wierzba and Jake "Stewie2K" Yip in Evil Geniuses' starting five.

misutaaa has been representing Vitality since the beginning of 2020. Rumors of his departure surfaced a few weeks ago when neL revealed that after a poor first half of 2022, the club was targeting ENCE's Lotan "Spinx" Giladi as a replacement for Rabier.

neaLaN has been a member of the K23 roster for the past two years. BLIX.gg was the first to report on the player's possible move to Evil Geniuses, according to which the organization was also interested in Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen from Copenhagen Flames.

Evil Geniuses' intentions to make significant changes to their main team's lineup are due to disappointing results of Stewie2K's squad this year. The team failed to qualify for the Major and a number of other big events and also finished in last place at ESL Pro League Season 15.
