MAJ3R joins Eternal Fire

Turkish esports athlete Engin "MAJ3R" Küpeli has completed the Eternal Fire roster after the recent departure of Buğra "Calyx" Arkın, the organization announced on social media.

MAJ3R joined Eternal Fire after a year of trying his hand in Valorant, where he did not manage to achieve any significant results with Digital Athletics. The player tweeted that the reason for returning to CS:GO was the weakness of the competitive system of Riot's shooter, which has only a few top tournaments held a year.

Küpeli's last CS:GO team was Sangal, which he left in 2021. The Turk is best known for his time in Space Soldiers from 2016 to 2018. During this time, the best result of the roster at big events was 5-8th place at ESL One Belo Horizonte 2018 and 9-11th place at ELEAGUE Major Boston 2018.

The next confirmed tournament in Eternal Fire's calendar is ESL Pro League Season 16, which will be held from August 31 to October 2.
