NIP to play in Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022 final without coach

NIP coach Daniel "djL" Narancic will not be able to help his team in the Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022 grand final as he has tested positive for coronavirus, the team announced on Twitter.

Instead of djL, NIP COO Jonas "calc" Gundersen will be standing behind the backs of the players during the decisive match of the tournament in Dubai. Last year, the head of the club already had the experience of working with the roster during LAN events.

The final confrontation of Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022 will take place today, June 11, at 19:30 MSK. NIP will take on MOUZ in the fight for the title and the lion's share of the prize pool: the winner will receive $100,000, while the runner-up will go home with $50,000.

In the Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022 grand final,  NIP will play with the following roster:

 Fredrik "REZ" Sterner
 Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin
 Nicolas "Plopski" Gonzalez Zamora
 Patrick "es3tag" Hansen
 Erik "ztr" Gustafsson
