flusha and JW revive EYEBALLERS
Swedish players Robin "flusha" Rönnquist and Jesper "JW" Wecksell have brought the once-famous EYEBALLERS back to life. They will play under the new tag with their team, formerly known as Hellslayers.
EYEBALLERS is an iconic tag for the history of the professional Counter-Strike scene. The club was founded in 1998, for a long time being one of the strongest players on the CS and Quake scene, and had to finally shut down in 2008 amid insufficient results.
To revive EYEBALLERS, Rönnquist and Wecksell bought the rights to the brand and became the main owners of the club. At the same time, flusha was appointed as the organization's CEO.
The debut of the new EYEBALLERS in CS:GO will take place tomorrow, May 10, at the Swedish tournament Svenska Elitserien Spring LAN Finals.
