Sprout to attend IEM Cologne 2022

Sprout have secured the spot in IEM Cologne 2022 thanks to the victory in the German tournament ESL Meisterschaft Spring 2022, where they got the better of cowana in the grand final.

At the event in Cologne, which will be held in early July, Sprout will start off from the Play-In stage. As of now, the team is the only confirmed participant of the event, where 24 squads will battle for a total prize pool of $1 million.

ESL Meisterschaft Spring 2022 also ensured Sprout participation in EPL S16 Conference, a qualifier for the sixteenth season of the ESL Pro League. However, Rasmus "raalz" Steensborg's team has already booked the berth in the event for winning ESEA Premier Season 38, so cowana will be the ones getting the ticket.

EPL S16 Conference is scheduled for June 15-20 in the Swedish city of Jönköping. The spots in the Pro League will be contested by the winners of national and regional tournaments from all over the world, which are held under the auspices of ESL.
