crisby becomes OG Academy head coach

OG have officially announced the signing of former Strife coach Christian "crisby" Schmitt. The 31-year-old German specialist will coach the club’s academy team.

crisby is an experienced player on a regional level and at different times since 2009 has represented such popular organizations as ALTERNATE aTTaX, mTw, MOUZ, PENTA, EURONICS and Unicorns of Love. At the beginning of this year, he made his debut as a coach in the American team Strife, where he officially worked until April 25.

As a coach of OG Academy, Schmitt will carry out trials to choose five youngsters from 50 candidates, who were selected by the organization’s management after they started accepting applications at the beginning of the year.

OG announced their intentions to create an academy team on February 16. The goal of the project is to ensure the stable long-term development of the entire OG CS:GO division.
