G2, ENCE and NIP to play at PGL Major Antwerp 2022

Following the results of the fourth round at Europe RMR B, the tickets to PGL Major Antwerp 2022 have been secured by G2, ENCE and NIP, who managed to get three victories at the regional qualifying event. G2 came out on top of Astralis (16:10 on Dust2, 7:16 on Ancient and 19:17 on Vertigo), Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer's squad got the better of Anonymo (16:9 on Overpass and 16:10 on Mirage), while the Ninjas managed to turn things in their favor against SINNERS (16:8 on Inferno and 16:11 on Overpass).

Tomorrow, April 24, the decider match, the winner of which will take the third place and book the berth in the Legends Stage of the Major, will take place. Based on the Buchholz system, which will be used following all the matches of the main part of the tournament, two teams from the G2, ENCE and NIP trio will face off for the spot among the Legends.

In addition to the teams that qualified for the Major, the fourth matchday at Europe RMR B also saw three teams being eliminated from the tournament. Entropiq were knocked out after losing to HEET (10:16 on Nuke and 9:16 on Overpass), ASG lost to Bad News Eagles (2:16 on Vertigo and 13:16 on Inferno), while Endpoint suffered a defeat to Team Spirit (8:16 on Dust2 and 14:16 on Vertigo).
