FaNg: "Complexity can catch the best teams in the world off guard"

Justin "FaNg" Coakley from Complexity is positive that the North American team is able to compete with the strongest lineups of the professional CS:GO scene on equal terms. In an interview to the ESL Pro League Season 15 organizers, the Canadian noted that the main condition for an equal fight with the favorites is the good form of his team.

We need to understand that when we are calm, collected, communicating well and reacting fast, that’s when we play our best CS. That is when we can catch the best teams in the world off guard. Showing that in each of the games we play is going to prove that we are the team to be reckoned with.

The interview with FaNg took place after Complexity defeated Evil Geniuses in Group D of the ongoing ESL Pro League season. According to the esports athlete, his team would feel confident on many maps, including Nuke, which they had not picked before this match.

I think it is something we just haven’t presented before. We have a lot of other strong maps in our map pool. Getting Nuke third was something all of us were comfortable with, and we had something up our sleeves, which we managed to show today. I’m happy with our performance.

Complexity still retain their chances of reaching the playoffs in the run-up to the final round in Group D at ESL Pro League Season 15. Today, April 3, at 20:30 MSK, the North American squad will face off against Astralis, who, in order to make it to the next stage of the event, they need to beat and hope for the best outcome in the other matchup.
