Krimbo promoted to BIG's main roster

German organization BIG has announced the promotion of the team's academy member Karim "Krimbo" Moussa to the main squad. According to the announcement on the club's official website, the 19-year-old German replaced Nils "k1to" Gruhne.

Previously, Krimbo stood in for k1to in the qualifiers for the upcoming European RMR tournament. Following the results of the third qualifier, BIG took the first place, which ensured them a ticket in the regional event, which is scheduled to take place from April 17 to 20.

At the same time, Gruhne will reportedly continue his career in the academy, where he will have the opportunity to return to the peak of individual form in order to claim the place in the main squad.

Moussa began his professional career in 2019. Prior to joining BIG Academy in January 2020, he managed to play under the auspices of such German clubs as Planetkey Dynamics and EURONICS, but did not achieve any significant results. In January 2021, the young talent left the academy to join ALTERNATE aTTaX, but returned a year later.

ESL Pro League Season 15 will be the next tournament for BIG. In the group stage, the team will compete with Players, Liquid, GODSENT, Movistar Riders and Party Astronauts.
