Twistzz on broky at IEM Katowice 2022: "He's playing some of the best CS I've ever seen him play"

Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken from FaZe believes that Finn "karrigan" Andersen and Helvijs "broky" Saukants are the key contributors to the successful performance of his roster at IEM Katowice 2022, the Canadian shared in an interview to HLTV.org, separately noting the high individual level of his team's AWPer.

I think our confidence is really high, and not having any pressure, we're kinda just playing for rain and doing our best and putting on a good show. A lot of the praise is owed to karrigan and broky because they're on an absolute tear together. They both have amazing calls, but so far our T sides this event have been phenomenal, and you really wouldn't expect that from a team with a stand-in. We look really structured, it feels like when we're in the game communication is great.

And for broky, he's playing lights out right now, some of the best CS I've ever seen him play. He's making good calls, micromanaging well, and I'm proud to be his teammate.

FaZe started off at IEM Katowice 2022 from the Play-In stage, after which the team also successfully passed the group stage to then beat Gambit and Heroic in the playoffs. In the grand final of the prestigious tournament, the European roster will face G2. The decisive match is scheduled to take place today, February 27, at 19:00 MSK.
