NAVI and FaZe to play in IEM Katowice 2022 playoffs

NAVI and FaZe have reached the Group B upper bracket final of IEM Katowice 2022, which already ensured them spots in the playoffs of the prestigious tournament. In the upper bracket semifinals, Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov's team defeated FURIA (16:2 on Mirage and 16:12 on Nuke), while Finn "karrigan" Andersen's squad took over fnatic (16:5 on Overpass, 10:16 on Inferno and 16:9 on Mirage).

Tomorrow, February 20, at 21:30 MSK, NAVI and FaZe will face off for the best seed in the decisive stage of the championship. The winner of the match will start the playoffs from the semifinals, while the losing team will play in the quarterfinals.

In turn, FURIA and fnatic were sent to the lower bracket of Group B, where they will take on G2 and Astralis, respectively. Both of these matches will kick off on February 20 at 14:30 MSK.
