Boombl4 to play IEM Katowice 2022 group stage in isolation

NAVI's in-game leader Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov has tested positive for coronavirus after arriving at the venue of IEM Katowice 2022, the Russian player announced on Twitter.

According to the information published, the organizers of the competition allowed Boombl4 to participate in the group stage matches, but isolated him from the rest of the team in a separate hotel room with all the conditions needed.

Mikhailov also noted that he feels well and will do everything possible so that the unforeseen situation does not affect the result of the team.

NAVI will start their IEM Katowice 2022 run with a match against ENCE. The meeting within Group B will take place tomorrow, February 18, at 14:30 MSK.
