Bubzkji leaves Astralis as free agent

Astralis have officially announced the departure of Lucas "Bubzkji" Andresen. The contract with the player is terminated by mutual agreement of the parties, after which the Danish esports athlete will be able to start looking for a new team as a free agent.

Bubzkji joined Astralis in the summer of 2020, becoming the sixth member of the roster. Due to Valve's restriction on the use of players in 6-men rosters, for a half of the year he only occasionally got into the starting five of the Danish team. In April 2021, after the sale of Nicolai "device" Reedtz to NIP, Astralis moved Andersen to the main roster, where he played until PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

Bubzkji's best achievement in Astralis was the victory at DreamHack Masters Winter 2020 Europe. Overall, he took part in eleven tournaments, the last of which was the European RMR event IEM Fall 2021 in October last year.

After parting with Astralis, Andresen joined the Danish television and radio company TV2, where he will work as an expert on CS:GO. At the moment, there is no information about his future career as a professional player.
