chrisJ’s eight-year journey in MOUZ comes to an end
MOUZ has parted ways with 31-year-old Chris "chrisJ" de Jong, the organization announces on Twitter. The experienced esports player left the German club after eight years with the team.
chrisJ joined MOUZ in 2013 and since then helped the team win many international trophies, including StarLadder & i-League StarSeries Season 4, ESL One New York 2018, CS:GO Asia Championships 2019 and ESL Pro League Season 10.
Over the eight years in the team, de Jong was excluded from the main roster of MOUZ three times. The last time this happened was in early 2021, when the player was loaned to FunPlus Phoenix.
As of now, there is no details on where chrisJ wants to pursue his professional career. He played his last official match in November last year, when he stood in for Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras, who got sick before DreamHack Open November 2021.
