nafany: "CIS casters are shoking. I was surprised at the poor quality of their work"

Vladislav "nafany" Gorshkov, an in-game leader of Gambit, shared his opinion about Russian-speaking casters during the live stream on his Twitch channel. Without mentioning specific names, the player drew attention to the low professional level of people who cast pro matches for the CIS audience.

Gorshkov also considers it wrong of studios to hire casters who are not able to provide high-quality tournaments coverage.

CIS casters are shoking. I was surprised at the poor quality of their work. Not all, but some of them... I'm just shocked. I understand why they have a job and people watch them. They are funny and all, but it seems to me that when you try to cover an event, which claims to be competitive, it is a bad idea to hire people who are not able to do their job properly.

The most prestigious championships of the professional CS:GO scene for the Russian-speaking community, which are held by tournament operators ESL and BLAST, are covered by Maincast and WePlay, respectively.
