Official: Stewie2K, FalleN and Grim to leave Liquid

Liquid are set to part ways with Jake "Stewie2K" Yip, Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo and Michael "Grim" Wince. This was announced by the general manager for the CS:GO team Steve Perino in his video message on Twitter.

At the moment, Liquid do not disclose the names of the players who will join the retainers Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski and Keith "NAF" Markovic. According to Perino, the announcements will be made in the coming weeks.

Earlier, insiders noted Liquid's intentions of going through drastic changes in the team. According to the latest information, Nick "nitr0" Cannella, Richard "shox" Papillon and Josh "oSee" Ohm will replace the now officially departed trio.

Stewie2K has represented Liquid since December 2018, while FalleN and Grim joined the North American squad at the end of 2020. With this lineup, Liquid ones won the regional championship cs_summit 8, and also entered the top-4 of such big tournaments as BLAST Premier Global Final 2020, IEM Katowice 2021, BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2021 and BLAST Premier World Final 2021.
