Official: es3tag joins NIP
NIP have announced the signing of Patrick "es3tag" Hansen from Complexity. Thus, the previously published insides of several media regarding the transfer of the 25-year-old esports athlete were confirmed.
The newcomer will replace Linus "LNZ" Holtang. The young Swede, who has spent the last five months in the main team, will return to the club's academy.
Before signing a contract with NIP, es3tag represented Complexity, where he had little to no success participating in four tournaments since July of this year. In early October, the North American club disbanded the roster and put all the players on the transfer list.
Hansen will make his debut in the new team at BLAST Premier Fall Final 2021, which will be held from November 24 to 28 in Copenhagen. In the opening match, the Scandinavian squad is to face Astralis.
NIP's lineup now is:
Fredrik "REZ" Sterner
Nicolas "Plopski" Gonzalez Zamora
Hampus "hampus" Poser
Nicolai "device" Reedtz
Patrick "es3tag" Hansen
Bjorn "THREAT" Pers (coach)
