In 2021, s1mple has the best rating on all maps except Vertigo

This year, Alexandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, an AWPer of NAVI, has been showing the highest rating among all professional players on six out of the seven maps available in the official map pool. This was noticed by Pley.gg, who, when calculating, took into account only matches against teams from the top 20 of the world ranking.

Vertigo, which NAVI always ban in the official matches, is the only map where the 24-year-old Ukrainian is not the leader of the rating. On other maps, the average Kostyliev's rating this year is 1.33, followed by Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut and Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov, whose ratings are 1.28 and 1.23, respectively.
