Leetify: Europe and South America are superior to other regions of the world in CS:GO ranks

Analytical service Leetify has conducted a study, which determined the distribution of CS:GO players by ranks in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Oceania. It turned out that the best result in matchmaking is shown by residents of the European and South American regions, where 1.4% have a "Global Elite" rank.

The published report states that the statistics are based on data from almost 3.5 million players from a sample of active accounts between May 2020 and May 2021. The number of players out of the total sample by region: 2,100,000 in Europe, 550,000 in North America, 460,000 in Asia, 300,000 in South America, and 70,000 in Oceania.
