FaZe, BIG, Vitality & NIP advance to IEM Cologne 2021 groupstage
Following the results of the first day of the IEM Cologne 2021 Play-In, we know the winners of four slots in the main stage of the tournament. They are FaZe, BIG, Vitality and NIP, who defeated Complexity, OG, Team Spirit and mousesports in the decisive matches of the top draw.
In the parallel matches of the lower bracket, LDLC defeated Bad News Bears and Renegades were stronger than MIBR. The winners will continue to fight for spots in the group stage, while the losers finished in last place.
The final four berths to the main stage of IEM Cologne 2021 will be determined in the second round of the lower Play-In bracket on July 7.
