Valve reported of fixing matchmaking Trust
CS:GO developers fixed the problem with the poor matchmaking player setup, which was caused by incorrect operation of the Trust Factor. It was reported on the official Twitter account of the shooter from Valve.
If you've had bad matches recently, it may have been because Trust wasn't working right. We fixed it yesterday and confirmed that it is now working as intended. Thanks to everyone who provided useful feedback.
Trust Factor is a hidden system of ranking players based on their behavior, which affects the selection of teammates in matchmaking. Valve's rules state that the only way to improve your standing is to remain a positive player and member of the Steam community.
