Valve has temporarily disabled item trades
Valve has stopped the sale of CS:GO items on the Steam trading platform due to problems with the completion of transactions. This is reported in the official Twitter account of the shooter.
We are actively investigating a load-related issue which is causing delays in completing CS:GO market sales and item trades. We have temporarily disabled the Steam Community Market for CS:GO items while we work through this issue. We appreciate your patience while we investigate.

The day before yesterday the CS:GO developers have published a notification in their blog about the introduction of a discount for capsules with stickers of the best teams of last season's Regional Major Rankings. After that, users began to complain en masse about the inability to log into Steam Market, long delays when trading, and problems with loading their own inventory - it is unknown whether this is related to the new update.
